Quality of service :  EPC visit at time agreed. Reasonable time spent on premises. Results emailed through within 24 hours.
Value for money :  Seemed to be a similar price to others.
Professionalism :  At the end when I realised I had not asked for identification at the beginning and I asked. He said I've never been asked for that before. But he came at the early morning time we agreed on the phone so I decided that was ok.
