You may be considering the possibility of taking on the the lease of a property for an agreed period of years. When the lease period eventually comes to an end the feeholder will expect the leaseholder to return the property in good condition.

Before the lease starts, a Schedule of Condition will need to be documented by a Surveyor. This report will be used as a baseline for comparison when the lease expires.
